The idea behind his book, Bridge The Value Gap: the difference between what an enterprise platform investment promises and what an organisation actually realises. It is almost never a technology problem; it is a mindset problem met with a toolset answer. BRIDGE is his six-phase approach to closing it: Business Foundation, Requirements and Scope, Iterative Design, Deliver at Pace, Govern and Change, Embed and Evolve.
