We sell a single digital product — the ebook "Bridge the Value Gap", delivered as an instant download. This policy explains refunds for that product. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the ebook is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a replacement file or a refund.

Change of mind

Because the ebook is delivered instantly as a digital download, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the file has been made available to you.

If something goes wrong

If you have any trouble with your purchase — for example the file will not download or appears corrupted — email us at rodney@rodneyhobbs.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will sort it out, including re-sending the file or issuing a refund where appropriate.
